These terms govern the use of Examhive, an online examination platform provided by Hive Technologies. By creating an account or taking an examination through Examhive, you agree to them.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials private.
• Examiners are responsible for the examinations, question banks, and candidate records created in their workspace.
• Candidates register through the examination link provided by their examiner and may only sit examinations assigned to them.

Examhive must be used lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or another account.
• Share examination content or credentials in a way that undermines an assessment.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material into a workspace.

Examhive is billed using credits. One credit covers one candidate sitting one examination. Credit packs are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase and do not expire. Custom volume agreements and invoicing are available for institutions and organizations on request.

Because credits are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will review it.

We work to keep examinations available and answers saved reliably. Examiners remain responsible for their own examination rules, scheduling, invigilation arrangements, and the academic decisions made from results. Automated grading applies to objective question formats.

We may update, improve, or occasionally interrupt the platform for maintenance. Where a change materially affects how you use Examhive, we will give reasonable notice through the platform or by email.

Examhive is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Hive Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim.
